📦 Shipping Policy – Blissful Beds
At Blissful Beds, we’re committed to delivering your handmade bed safely and efficiently. Here’s everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.
🚚 Delivery Information
Standard Delivery Times:
All beds are handmade to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production and delivery, depending on your location and chosen product.
Delivery Areas:
We currently deliver across mainland UK. If you’re in a remote or non-mainland area, please contact us before placing an order to confirm availability and delivery cost.
Delivery Charges:
Standard Delivery: Free of charge on all orders over £200.
Orders under £200 may incur a flat-rate delivery fee of £29.99.
Additional services such as room-of-choice delivery or assembly may be available at checkout for an extra fee.
📦 Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
Once your bed is ready to ship, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation with estimated delivery details and tracking information (where applicable).
🛏️ Made to Order Products
All Blissful Beds are handmade just for you. As such, production begins after your order is confirmed. We are unable to cancel or change made-to-order items once production has started.
📆 Delivery Appointments
We or our delivery partners will contact you in advance to arrange a convenient delivery time. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the item.
❗ Missed Deliveries / Failed Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to accept delivery at the agreed time, redelivery may be arranged at an additional cost. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.
🔄 Returns & Klarna Payments
If you choose to pay with Klarna:
You only pay for what you keep. If you return all or part of your order, Klarna will update your payment plan once the return is processed.
You can pause your Klarna payment by logging into your Klarna account and selecting "Report a return".
Klarna will issue an adjusted invoice or refund after we confirm the return.
