At Blissful Beds, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your bed, we offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy as well as a 12-month warranty on all our beds for your peace of mind.
14-Day Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your product.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
Custom or made-to-order beds may be subject to restrictions and cannot always be returned unless faulty.

Once approved, returns should be sent back to us at the customer’s expense. A refund (excluding any delivery charges) will be processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item.
12-Month Warranty
All beds purchased from Blissful Beds come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or damage caused by incorrect assembly (if not assembled by our team).
If your bed develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us with details and photographs. We will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
